Payment

Currently, the only acceptable method of payment through our website is Paypal. Please note, you do not need to be a registered Paypal customer to make purchases from the Alison Beth Company website.


Sales Tax

New York residents are required to pay applicable sales tax on all purchases.


Shipping

All Alison Beth Knits are shipped UPS ground. Orders take up to 5 to 7 business days excluding holidays. If you are interested in FedEx Express, please contact us at alison@alisonbethco.com before placing your order . There will be a fee for this service. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note:
All accessories are hand-made. Orders will take 7 to 14 days for delivery if selective item is not instock.


Returns

You must send back original receipt for refund or exchange. Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn or washed. You can exchange or return merchandise by mail within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days you will only be allowed to exchange or receive credit on merchandise. Returns are accepted only through UPS . Please keep tracking number of return. Please note we do not refund shipping and handling charges
