Shipping Options
At this time Alison Beth Company, LLC (the "Company") only accepts orders being shipped to U.S. destinations.
The Company has partnered with the United States Postal Service and ships all products Priority Mail. The average delivery time for the USPS is between 1-3 business days to every address within the 50 United States. The Company is not responsible for late delivery by the USPS.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of order notification. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. We do not process orders on major holidays.
We regret to inform you that we can not ship packages to Military APO/FPO addresses.
Please Note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed into our system, it begins to process immediately. Therefore we are unable to cancel orders that have already been placed.
Item Availability
Only available, in-stock items can be paid for and shipped at the time of transaction. Should you wish to purchase an item and it is temporarily out of stock, please try back again later.
Shipping and Handling Charges
The Company charges flat rate shipping and handling fee of $8.50 per destination.
Group shipments and/or orders that exceed the allowable volume for a small flat rate box will be subject to an alternative shipping fee.

Payment Options
The Company accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Through PayPal accounts. We're sorry; we do not accept the following forms of payment online: COD, Personal Checks, Money Orders.
Please note: For your security your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria.
Sales Tax
The Company charges sales tax for the merchandise ordered on this Website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
Billing
You will be charged for your order at the time of credit card authorization. You will only be billed for items that are available and in-stock as well as all applicable tax and shipping charges.
Tracking
Once a shipping label has been created for your purchase, tracking information for your order will be issued by email from service@paypal.com.

PayPal account holders may also track their order by logging onto PayPal clicking History Locating Transactions Details. Tracking information will be available at the Details page.
Damaged Items
Should any of the items you receive arrive in a damaged condition, please contact sales@alisonbethco.com immediately upon receipt. The Company will provide you with further instructions as to how to return the damaged product(s). We regret to advise that we cannot accommodate un-reported damages that have been received for longer than 10 days.
Returns-Exchanges
If there should be an error in your order, please contact sales@alisonbethco.com with a description of the error. All items must be in its original condition in the event of an exchange. All items may be returned for an exchange only within 30 days from purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All exchanges should be shipped to:
